Annaveigh Plants Ltd is a wholesale nursery in the Republic of Ireland. Based in New Inn, Co. Tipperary, our fields lie just south of the heritage town of Cashel.
Annaveigh was founded in 2005 by John and Grainne Murphy. Today it is operated by Irelands most experienced nursery team. John Murphy, Grainne Murphy and Trevor Landers have a combined 80 years’ experience in the horticultural business. All have worked in many aspects of the industry in Ireland, Holland, Germany, and the UK. Together they have a wealth of knowledge in the growing and supply of plant material.
Outside of the office, nursery manager Janis Hildebrants, who has been with Annaveigh since the beginning, oversees a team of twenty individuals who maintain our 100-acre nursery. He is assisted by Dispatch manager Janis Lakis who ensures the smooth running of our dispatch all year round.
At the core of the business is our award winning 100 acre nursery acknowledged as Irelands foremost tree nursery producing plants for both the domestic and export markets.
We grow a wide and varied assortment of three and four times transplanted trees, multistems, shaped trees and screens. Through a combination of good fertile soil and experience in pruning, training and transplanting our customers have come to expect only the highest quality from Annaveigh.

Our logistics operation is second to none and with our transport partners, O’Dwyer’s Transport of Littleton, we can arrange deliveries to suit client’s requirement and are able to track the trucks progress at all times. All truck deliveries have the added benefit of a truck mounted Moffit forklift for ease of unloading on site and all our drivers have years of experience in plant handling. At Annaveigh, we like to think of ourselves as not only horticultural experts but also logistics experts. Our vast client base and delivery network means that no matter where in the country you operate from, we can get your order delivered.
Annaveigh Plants have supplied many prestigious landscape projects over the years throughout the country and Northern Ireland. We have been proud to work closely with many County Councils and Borough Councils.
